My wife and I came up to Mason City to ride to Clear Lake and when I took my bike off of my bike rack, my front tire was flat and would not inflate. So we took my bike into Wayne’s and the staff was Great to work with. They got me in and my bike was repaired in 30 minutes and we were able to do our ride to Clear Lake.

The amazing staff helped us find just the right bike and took the time to make sure we had the right size and fit. My gravel bike suffered a catastrophic tire puncture outside Mason City last week during RAGBRAI. It was an odd tire size and the RAGBRAI repair caravan sent me to Wayne’s as the “only place that ‘might’ have” a suitable replacement tire. I showed up shortly before close and Wayne’s took very good care of me - even offer me a beer while I waited. They could not have been more gracious or helpful. Great selection of bikes too!
