I bought a bike from Matt, through another dealer. Matt met us two hours before opening so we could keep heading through town. It was pouring rain, my husbands two bikes were taking a beating on the back of the truck. Matt sold us equipment so the bikes could be mounted to the trailer that we were towing. He came out of the store in the rain, used his tools and hooked up the bikes so they wouldn't be bounced all over. Matt's a great person and we would definitely go to him for our bikes again.
